After buying a Top-Up you will have immediate access to the Top-Up PIN Code. You'll need to use this PIN Code to activate your Top-Up before you can begin using the credit.


A link to your PIN Code has been sent to your chosen email address and/or Phone. It is also listed in your account area. Your PIN Code is an 8-16 digit code (exact number of digits can vary by phone network).


For instruction on how to use your PIN Code, please select your country and network from the tool below.

Auto-Top-Ups are a handy way to always ensure your have enough phone credit. Auto-Top-Up will automatically purchase your chosen Top-Up amount each month and send the receiver a reminder message.


Auto-Top-Up can be turned on and off from the account area. Sign in now to manage your Auto-Top-Up settings. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team who may be able to assist you.

If you have purchased a Top-Up in Error, we may be able to refund the Top-Up amount if we can confirm that the PIN Code has not been activated.
