Refills purchased from UpReload are delivered in one of two ways:

  • Direct refill - the credit is sent automatically to your phone
  • PIN code refill - you receive a PIN code and enter it on your phone

The delivery method depends on your phone network.

Refills purchased directly on the UpReload website are sent to your phone automatically.

  • Direct refill - credit is added automatically
  • PIN code refill - PIN and instructions are shown

No manual activation is required.

Refills purchased as part of an Auto Refill subscription must be activated manually. This lets you choose when the credit starts and helps prevent it from expiring.

How do I activate an “Auto Refill” refill?
  • Go to your account homepage
  • Click View next to the refill
  • Click Activate

After activation:
