Top-ups purchased from UpReload are delivered in one of two ways:

Top-ups purchased as part of an Auto Top-up subscription must be activated manually. This lets you choose when the credit starts and helps prevent it from expiring.

How do I activate an “Auto Top-up” top-up?
  • Go to your account homepage
  • Click View next to the top-up
  • Click Activate

After activation:
